In the olden days, when I was just a lit major working for a little company, I didn't know what SharePoint was. When I became a project manager at a giant company, I thought SharePoint was a document sharing system only. Then, I stepped into a process manager role. It took an operations project manager nearly an hour to patiently explain SharePoint lists and Microsoft Flow before I really understood what I could be working with; now, I can't get enough of it.
I have no Microsoft credentials; I am not a SharePoint administrator. But I've deployed a lot of SharePoint and Microsoft Flow to improve efficiency and communication in my organization.
The internet is full of SharePoint tech support and how-to, but I have found that it lacks as much SharePoint context. My goals for this blog are to provide readers with examples of how to use SharePoint and Microsoft Flow to solve real work tracking and task hand-off problems, and to provide me with an outlet for sharing my tiny triumphs and tribulations.
A few book reviews might sneak in as well. There is no way of knowing.
